What are your hours?
We are open 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Last wash is at 9:30 PM.
Are you attended?
We are partially attended on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays during regular business hours.
Are you a coin or credit card laundromat?
Our machines are both coin- and app-operated. You may insert coins to use our washers and dryers or sign up for DexterPay and pay with your credit/debit card from the app.

What is DexterPay?

Wash & Fold Drop-Off Service
What products do you use when you wash my clothes?
We use premium detergents, softeners, and dryer sheets.
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order is 15 pounds for wash & fold drop-off service.
Do you wash my clothes with other clothes?
No. We always keep our customers laundry separate from one another.
What is the turnaround time for wash & fold?
48 hours
What about baby clothes!
Of course we handle baby clothes. Unfortunately they are very tedious and time consuming which is why our price is $3.78 lb as compared to our normal wash and fold price of $1.89 lb.
Pickup & Delivery
When do you offer pickup and delivery?
We offer pickup and delivery services on Mondays- Friday from 9am-12pm
What is the turnaround time for pickup and delivery?

Is there a minimum order?
Pickup & Delivery requires a minimum order of 20 pounds.
How much does pickup and delivery cost?
- $1.89 per pound for regular, recurring orders plus $7.00 surcharge
- $1.99 per pound for infrequent, as needed orders, plus $7.00 surcharge
- Minimum order of $40.00
Do I need to be home when the driver picks up or delivers my clothes?
No, you can leave your laundry in a secure location (front porch, back porch, behind a fence, in an unlocked garage) just make sure to note it when you place your order so our driver knows where to find it.
How do I schedule an order online?
It is simple. Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button in the upper right-hand corner and create an account. It only takes a few minutes to input your information, and you can place an order for weekly, bi-weekly or one-off services.
Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Absolutely. When you place your order online there is a section called Preferences where you can specify things you want done every time that we do your laundry. There is also a section called Special Laundry Instructions where you can make requests such as spot treating a stain on one of your items.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
No. You never have to sign a contract and you can stop service at any time. We know that you will stick with us based on our excellent service.
When I schedule an order, how will I be billed?
Like other online services, we ask for your credit card when you place your order. Your card will not be billed until your laundry is completed and weighed.
What do I put my laundry in?
Please put your laundry in a laundry bag or in a trash bag and make sure it is closed properly so nothing falls out.
Is there a charge for missed pickups?
Unfortunately, yes. Due to delivery costs we now charge a $10.00 missed pickup fee.
